At Aurzio, your satisfaction means everything to us! We stand by the quality of every product, and while we don’t accept returns in general, we do make exceptions for genuine print defects.
Returns & Exchanges – Limited Eligibility
We do not accept returns unless:
There is a print defect or quality issue clearly visible at the time of unboxing.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
You must record a clear unboxing video showing the defect from the moment the package is opened — no cuts or edits.
Send the video along with your order details to support@aurzio.com within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review the video within 24 business hours and:
If approved, process a refund or send a free replacement within 2–3 business days.
We Do Not Accept Returns/Exchanges For:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
Orders without unboxing videos
Custom/personalized items (unless defective)
Refunds (If Approved)
Processed within 5–7 business days
Credited to your original payment method
No refund processing fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the defect is verified)
